Michele is a truly results-driven professional with a deep passion for coaching and mentoring, consistently inspiring the best from both sales and delivery teams through an unwavering commitment to customer success. She brings over 20 years of extensive experience within the SAP ecosystem. Her impressive journey includes various senior sales executive roles within SAP for the past 20 years, with the last six years dedicated to leading dynamic cross-industry sales teams. Her diverse background provides a robust foundation for her expertise. Michele gained an excellent grounding in banking, mastering general administration skills and acquiring experience in foreign exchange and securities. She has a strong track record of selling and crafting financial solutions for large IT projects. Furthermore, her seven years as a shareholder in a plastic injection molding concern in the manufacturing industry have provided her with a solid understanding of business operations, allowing her to apply this knowledge effectively in business and solution selling. For the past 20 years, Michele's primary focus has been on business solution sales within the IT consulting industry. She specializes in SAP solutions, sales, and services, consistently delivering value-based outcomes with strong ROI for customers. Her cross-industry experience spans Consumer Industries, Retail, Life Sciences, Banking, Industrial Machinery, Professional Services, State-Owned Enterprises, and Public Sector.
