Marcy is a seasoned HR practitioner with over 12 years of experience in the manufacturing, healthcare, and ICT sector. She is currently sitting on the board of the Medical and Allied Employers Association. She has a Master of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Bachelor of Politics and Administration from the University of Pretoria. Marcy is also a Fellow IPMZ Member and an award-winning HR practitioner who specializes in leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and change management. Marcy’s expertise includes HR strategy development for organizations with diverse workforce demographics and cultures. As an advocate for sound Employee Value Proposition for Positive Employee Experience, she strives to ensure that employees receive an exceptional experience by focusing on employer brand building through effective talent acquisition strategies and coaching programmes that bring out the best in people so they can achieve their full potential while contributing to organizational success.
