Her dedication to the HR profession is further highlighted by numerous accolades she has received throughout her career.Tsitsi holds a Master of Commerce in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management (Honours). She is also a Certified Talent Practitioner and a Certified Coach Practitioner, demonstrating her passion for organizational development and keen business acumen.Known for her results-driven approach, Tsitsi has a proven track record of implementing successful employee development programs and streamlining HR processes.
